A serial killer is prowling around Paris. His killing ritual is to drop tarot cards in each of his victims ‘corpses. The killer made a new victim Liliane who is brutally murdered by 56 stab wounds. The victim’s husband Stephane tried to save his wife, but he failed and was injured. Paul and Diane, police’s inspectors, in charge of the investigation summon Stephane, the only alive witness to identify the serial killer. Mansa S Mané french-senegalese, film director, writer and producer director born in 1982. His father is a Senegalese engineer and his mother an afro-arabian elementary school teacher. At his early age, he developed a passion for the thrillers and horror movies. During his childhood, he used to wake up late in nights, far from his parents’ eyes to watch movies like A nightmare on Elm Street (Freddy Krueger),It (1990 version), Child’s play (The Chucky sagas) ,the silent of the lambs or Seven.
At 14 years old, he announced his parents that he want to become a film director. After a 10 years’ experience as an executive manager in industry especially in the post production industry in Technicolor, Mansa Have made a lot of Masterclass in the writing of scenario, the filmmaking, editing and acting technics. In 2018, Mansa S Mané have realized his dream and founded with his wife his own production company Gabou Kingdom films in Paris.
Broken Column is the first short movie directed and produced by Mansa S Mané.
