Saturday November 2nd, on the occasion of the award ceremony of the International Competitions that took place after the event with Guest of Honour Liliana Cavani, winning films of Ravenna Nightmare Film Fest's 17th edition were announced. Traditionally, awards at stake were Golden and Silver Rings forged by goldsmith Marco Gerbella, respectively assigned to most voted works of Feature and Short Film Competitions, and special plate of the Critics' Award assigned to Best Feature Film Directing.
Golden Ring for Best Feature Film, assigned by the Festival audience, went to Nathan’s Kingdom by Olicer Muñoz.
Still within International Feature Film Competition, Critics' Award for Best Feature Film Directing, assigned by a jury of film critics and journalists, was given to Les Garçons Sauvages by Bertrand Mandico.
Finally, as for International Short Film Competition, Silver Ring for Best Short Film, assigned by the Festival audience, was assigned to Skin by Guy Nattiv.
