We have the pleasure to host the short film Adam by Pietro Pinto in our Contemporanea section, curated by Mariangela Sansone.
His work brings the audience into a world where the concept of death doesn't exist anymore and the main character, Adam, does something extreme: in order to proclaim his humanity, he chooses a mortal life.
As explained by the director, Adam is a metaphysical movie where dream and reality mix in a desperate research for a sense of truth. The use of the sci-fi genre lets Adam look in a extremely timely way at the concept of freedom.
