Carmen Vidal is a private detective, hooked on pizza, beer and marijuana, who fights with a criminal senator to avenge her colleague’s death in a noir comedy about self improvement.
BIOGRAPHY
Eva Dans is a Uruguayan screenwriter, director and actress born in Montreal (Canada) in 1984 from two political exiles. She graduated from Escuela de Cine del Uruguay and has a master in Screenwriting at the Universidad de La Laguna/CE-CAN. As an actress, she was a member of the theatrical collective Telemando and she has taken part in several cinematographic projects.
"Carmen Vidal Mujer Detective" (2020) is her feature length debut as a writer, director, main leading actress and producer, that has produced with her production company EVACORP. Eva loves comedy and films which mix genres. At the moment she lives in Buenos Aires (Argentina), where she is developing her next film “Dinora Sin Dinero”.
