It's 1988 and the young Giò (Tobia De Angelis), a nerd who is little more than a teenager, leafing through the latest issue of his favourite comic book, "Squadra 666 - Il Mostro Della Cripta", written and drawn by one of his idols, Diego Busirivici (Lillo Petrolo), notices some similarities between the story told in those pages and the atrocious events that are spreading death and terror in the small town where he lives. A disturbing mystery will lead Giò and his bizarre group of friends on an unusual adventure.
Daniele Misischia
Screenwriter and Director specialized in "genre" Cinema, he has become a master of horror, action, thriller Cinema. Daniele Misischia was born in Rome on 13 February 1985. He attended directing and screenwriting courses at the Griffith Academy of Cinema and Television. Genre cinema has always been his greatest passion. Over the years he has developed the skills that allow him to stage the various genres of cinema such as: horror, action, thriller and noir without ever being demoralised by low-budget.
In 2013 he began working alongside Manetti Bros. as a camera operator and second unit director on the TV series Il Commissario Rex 7 and 8 and L'Ispettore Coliandro STAGIONE V.
In 2016 he began filming his debut feature The end? L'inferno fuori, a zombie movie produced by Mompracem and Rai Cinema, released in summer 2018.
