David Casademunt has been selected as one of the 22 emerging directors for the next 15th annual "TIFF Filmaker Lab 2018." He studied “Cinematography directing” at ESCAC in Barcelona. He currently works as a writer and director of TV commercials, music-videos, shortfilms and documentaries. His shortfilm "Jingle Bells" was selected in "San Sebastian Film Festival".
In 2016 co-directed with Joan Capdevila the documentary "Rumba Tres. There and Back Again", 1st place in the In-Edit Beefeater Festival. His works have more than 60 international awards. He is currently working to direct his first feature-film ("The Beast").
