RAVENNA NIGHTMARE FILM FEST IS LOOKING FOR YOU!
CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS IS OPEN! Ravenna Nightmare Film Fest, one of the most important appointments dedicated to the dark side of cinema, is looking for volunteers willing to take part to the organization of XVI edition that is going to take place from October 26 to November 4 2018. Ten days of screenings, events, master classes, meetings, presentations, previews. RNFF’s staff is looking for passionate film-goers interested in living the experience of an international film festival. On the basis of their skills, all volunteers will be able to contribute closely collaborating with team managers:
- HOSPITALITY
It’s the right field for those who love contact with people. Working in this team includes preparing the Festival desk with its daily programme and informative material, welcoming guests and viewers and providing them with all the info while transmitting passion and interest for the event.
- MARKETING
The right team for dynamic and proactive people. Marketing activities are among the most immersive tasks of the whole event and are carried out through numerous initiatives made to enhance collaborations with institutions, sponsors and Festival partners. Volunteers of this team will be engaged in different activities starting from event organization up to material distribution also with the goal of stimulating new partners and film-goers.
- OFF SCREEN
Are you an enterprising and enthusiast person? Are you interested in organizing collateral events extra Festival? Off Screen takes Festival’s guests outside of the movie theatre into convivial and informal locations properly set up for different occasions spreading the Festival energy throughout the city.
- PRESS
The team for aspiring writers and journalists as its main task is to follow the Festival communication assisting the press office. Participation in press conference, meetings with journalists and guests and management of the press review are among the principal duties of this team that will be closely working with the Social team.
- SOCIAL
This team is for everyone who is curios about multimedia languages. In tandem with press office, the Social team reports the Festival through audio-visual material, photos and content to be spread on web and social channels.
Each volunteer will receive a personalized T-shirt and will have the chance to meet Italian and international directors and authors, contributing to the realisation of a unique event.
Minimum requirements for participation are majority, availability from October 22 to November 6 2018 (with the possibility of prep meetings in October), passion for cinema and will to step up your game.
