April 1994: the small republic of Central Africa is devastated by one of the most dramatic and systematic genocides in human history. Over 800,000 victims in 104 days.
25 years later an actor and an actress bring to the stage a true story coming from the Rwandan genocide on stage. The two actors find themselves living in the shoes of the African protagonists of whom they were preparing to tell the story. Now the actor is Augustin, a young Hutu worker, and the actress is Cecile, Tutsi elementary school teacher. Augustin does not want to kill anyone, but because Hutu is obliged to take part in the massacres.
Fate will bring Augustin and Cecile to meet.
