The mountains of Oaxaca harbor the remains of a ravaged and burnt shelter, once home to a psychoanalyst priest who used it to look after savage children, trying to reintegrate them into society. Through videotape diaries and interviews, the truth of what happened is shockingly revealed.
Andrés Kaiser (San Luis Potosí, Mexico 1984) is an editor, writter and director who studied Directing and Screenwritting in Madrid (TAI and Factoría de Guión). He was a member of Vicente Leñero`s literary workshop. Feral is his debut film, and actually he is developing Obispo Verde, and working on the script Preciosísima Sangre. His book The Burning Bush and other attractions was published in 2016 as part of the "Manuel José Othón 2015" award. He has been recognized by IMCINE Creators Stimulus Program, FONCA Young Creators scholarship and the Latin America Media Arts Fund of the Tribeca Film Institute. As an editor, the documentary Bering: Balance and Resistance was awarded with and Ariel on 2015. He has also worked on TV series such as Falco and Aquí en la Tierra.
