El Señor, the leader of a small cult in the mountains, returns one day to his village with a child who is purported to be the new messiah. But when only pain and destruction befall the community, El Señor finds himself under attack from his own followers, including his three daughters.
Juan Diego Escobar Alzate is a Colombian Writer and Director. He was born on August 15, 1987 in Manizales, Colombia. He has a BA in Audiovisual Communications. In 2015 he moved to San Francisco, California pursuing an MFA in Directing Motion Pictures and Television at Academy of Arts University of San Francisco from which he graduated with Cum Laude honors. He has written and directed several short films, ads and music videos. In 2019 he completed his debut feature film Luz: The Flower of Evil that was nominated for best fantastic latin film of the year by the Meliés Federation.
