The closing event of the Ravenna Nightmare Film Fest is "the event" by definition. This year, it will be held on Saturday, November 19, in which from 9 p.m. Lamberto Bava will be honored with the Golden Ring Special Edition XX produced by our esteemed Main Partner Marco Gerbella Orafi and which will be followed by the screening of his latest film, Ghost Son.
Lamberto Bava is an undisputed Master of genre cinema and beyond, and with this recognition we want to celebrate his visionary and multifaceted genius and ability to create a filmic grammar in which languages, archetypes and popular icons of a twilight world interlock, dialoguing with each other. It is our honor to bestow on him the Golden Ring Special Edition XX of this edition so important to us, the 20th anniversary.
