"tric trac" is an onomatopoeic word used to describe a noise, a creaking sound that is the creaking of the world breaking apart. At the center of this disaster is a man who has failed to educate himself to the awareness of this magic we are destroying.
Donato Sansone (1974), after graduating from the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples, moved to Piedmont in 2002 to attend the animation film course at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia, where he specialized in experimental animation and compositing animation and live action techniques. After completing his studies in 2004, he began making commercials, music videos, and short films. His short films have been selected at major festivals around the world, including the Annecy Animation Film Festival, the Anima Mundi Festival in Brazil, the Hiroshima Animation Festival, and others. Canal+ (2013), Sky Arte (2014), and Arte (2020) have produced feature films based on his work.
