LADY AND THE TOOTH
Synopsis
Hidden away in a village where the most precious commodity is teeth, a toothless man lives in fear of being sacrificed by the villagers. Lonely and in search of acceptance he resorts to kidnapping as a desperate way to find love and freedom.
Director biography Shaun Clark graduated from The National Film and Television School in 2005 with the short film called Lightman. The film was screened at over forty film festivals and went on to win numerous awards. He went onto produce a series of short films between 2006 and 2011 which used experimental storytelling and abstract techniques. In 2010 his film Home? won the Best Experimental Audience Prize at the London International Animation Festival.
