Nessuno Siamo Perfetti is a journey into the universe of Tiziano Sclavi, the creator of Dylan Dog that punctuated our lifes with images, suggestions and stories for years, until the surprising decision to withdraw from everything and everyone.

The reclusive but loved author tells to the camera his memories and reveals the deepest thoughts of his visionary mind, making palpable his flirting with death. Sclavi gave to his character all its nightmares born from a complex personality full of dark places, and did it up till to get hurt. His words give life to visions through evocative screen animations.

His interview – confession is mixed with the images born from that frightful word that inspired him for years, gave life to an honest, surprising and unexpected portrait.

Giancarlo Soldi owns one of the largest italian collections of comics. He specializes himself in visual communication for large companies, dealing with corporate video and restyling. He writes, with Tiziano Sclavi, the script and directs “Nero”. The film was presented at the Mostra Internationale del Cinema of Venice in 1992. It won many awards, among which we highlight the Industrial Film Award in New York and the Creative Film Award in Chicago. In 2012 he directs the documentary “Come Tex Nessuno Mai”.
